این پروژه به سفارش یک شرکت تولید کننده انکوباتور طراحی شده است ، استفاده از اینورتر های چینی مشکلاتی رو به وجود آورده بود که در این مدار رفع شده است ،
مدار تشکیل شده از طبقه قدرت ، طبقه کنترل پوشپول ، طبقه کنترل پل اچ ،
ابتدا ولتاژ ورودی از ۱۲ ولت تبدیل به ۲۷۰ ولت دیسی شده است و توسط مدار پل اچ تبدیل به ۲۲۰ ولت متناوب شبه سینوسی میشود.

کنترلر پوشپول مدار آیسی SG2525 و کنترلر قسمت اچ بریج آیسی IR2153 است ، این مدار از جهت جریان ورودی بالا چالش های زیادی برای طراحی و تولید و تعمیر دارد، برای همین مدار رو ماژولار طراحی کردیم تا این موانع آسان بشود . برای راه اندازی این پروژه تغییرات زیادی در ترانس و مقادیر مقاومت های گیت ماسفت ها انجام دادیم ، پروژه در نهایت با چند تغییر عمده به مشخصات مورد نظر ما رسید ، این تغییرات تجربه‌ی زیادی برامون داشت که میتونیم در آینده از اون بهره زیادی ببریم ، مدار توسط ما تست شده و برای مشتری ارسال میشود.
