توضیحات عمومی :

توپولوژی این مدار هاف بریج انتخاب شد تا ساده باشn ، قطعات با وسواس زیاد انتخاب شده است تا عمر و اطمینان مدار تا حد امکان بالا باشد ، رنج دمای قطعات از
-20 – +85
درجه انتخاب شدن،
برای سنس جریان از ترانس جریان استفاده شد است تا ایزوله و کار آمد باشد، در خروجی فیلتر های مناسب قرار داده شده است تا استرس جریان سوییچ ها کاهش پیدا کند ، دیود های خروجی SF2006 و سوییچ STGW20NC60 انتخاب شده است
کنترلر این مدار ایسی معروف یعنی SG2525 با فرکانس 55 کیلو است ، همچنین از اپ امپ LM224 به عنوان مقایسه گر دما و ولتاژ استفاده شده است .
طراحی پی سی بی و ویراستاری شماتیک این مدار به عهده‌ی ما بوده است و اصل طرح به همکار عزیز ما تعلق دارد . طراحی پی سی بی این مدار 15 روز کاری زمان برده است .

:General description

The topology of this half-bridge circuit was chosen to be simple, the components were chosen with great obsession so that the life and reliability of the circuit is as high as possible, the temperature range of the components is
-20 – +85
degree of selection,
For the current sense, a current transformer has been used to be isolated and effective, suitable filters have been placed in the output to reduce the current stress of the switches, the SF2006 output diodes and the STGW20NC60 switch have been selected.
The controller of this famous IC circuit is SG2525 with a frequency of 55 kilowatts, also LM224 op amp is used as a temperature and voltage comparator.
PCB design and schematic editing of this circuit was our responsibility and the original design belongs to our dear colleague. PCB design of this circuit took 15 working days.
